Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Orca Home purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is:

• Unused and in original condition
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns process:

• Contact us at info@orca-home.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return steps.
• Refunds will be issued in EGP using your original payment method, minus any applicable delivery fees.

Please note: Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
